Juliette’s clients are busy New Yorkers. They work hard, they play harder and want to look good while they do it. But they don’t have much time, so convenience and consistency are paramount.

Juliette picks up, cleans and delivers New Yorkers’ dirty clothes through their technology and their stores. They are saving New Yorkers from the time and hassle of doing laundry & dry cleaning.

Challenge:

Rechelle comes from a tech background with strong operational experience.

She started Juliette in 2013 with the simple idea, “Why can’t someone just pick up, clean and deliver my clothes at the tap of a button?”

She wanted to leverage technology to optimise & redefine the laundry and dry cleaning experience.

She started Juliette with servicing just 3 buildings in NYC. With time, it grew to servicing over 1,000 buildings in NYC.

As her business scaled, she experienced growing pains.

She needed to connect her client experience with the backend operations.

She saw an opportunity to streamline the entire business, connecting logistics, POS and operations by leveraging automation & AI.

Solution:

Last year, thankfully, I got an opportunity to meet Rechelle in person in New York.
