We built a custom app using Glide to automate her consulting’s business operations with features like welcome page, buy a membership, profile, add membership & diet etc.

Friestofit is a nutrition consultancy business based out of Mumbai. Deepsikha Jain founded Friestofit to help people accomplish their fitness goals.
People want to be fit but lack the proper nutritional diet & support to hit their fitness goals. That’s where they come in with their services.
Their services range from 1 to 6 months long subscriptions. It includes 1:1 consultations, WhatsApp & email support for doubts, personalised diet plans and unconditional accountability & support.
In the last 4 years, they have served 900+ clients to achieve their fitness goals.

Deepsikha started Friestofit in 2020 as an Instagram account & got her initial clients for the nutrition consulting business.
By mid-2022, she had served over 400+ clients. She started facing the following problems as the business grew:
No automation: Everything was on WhatsApp personally manually done by her. She was managing the diet plans, consultation timings, doubt-solving, payment management, etc. She was spending 1-2 hours per day in manual work.
To and fro communication: From the prospect’s intent to work with her to serving them as her clients, there was a lot of to-and-fro communication. She was constantly messaging them at each step in their journey with her. The communication was getting messier with every new client onboarding.
Loss of client data: The data of the clients was the most important for her business. Clients will send their personal details via WhatsApp or email, so it wasn’t in a central database. So, at times she was losing clients’ data.
Late response time: She would miss reading clients’ messages/doubts sometimes because there were too many messages. She was failing to be in touch with every client personally. A few clients weren’t pleased with the follow-up & response time.

She needed a solution that could solve these problems & that’s when her discussion with me started.
Deepsikha knew me through our mutual. I proposed building a custom software with Glide to solve her business problems. She agreed & we started working in June 2022.
We have a 5-step process for working with clients. The first two steps involve consultation & building a project architecture (P.A.). For this, we charge a flat fee of $500 to clients to get started.
Here, our business analyst builds a detailed BRD & FRD of your process/idea after doing multiple interviews with you. Based on the output of project architecture, we identify the right tech stack, timelines & exact commercials for the project.

We identified the following to be built as the output of the P.A. phase:
When a user signs in to the app, they come to the welcome page. It consists of about us, social links of Friestofit & testimonials of past clients.
Users can see different membership plans from 1 to 3 months, their prices, how to make the payment via UPI/net-banking & upload payment screenshots in the app.
Once the payment is done, they can book a time for their consultation call with Deepsikha.
Before their call with Deepsikha, they have to fill in their measurements and answer a questionnaire in the app in profile section. They can also check latest diet & their membership information from the profile.
Once the admin receives payment, they can add membership to a new client.
When the consultation call is done, the admin can upload a new diet plan for the user, which shows in the user’s profile.
The admin can see total users, potential leads, total memberships, active memberships and new monthly onboarded users in the app.
Users get reminders about the expiration of their membership before & after its expiration, a new diet plan to be followed etc.
We build WhatsApp & email automations for the admin & users. As soon as the user uploads the payment screenshot in the app, a Whatsapp notification goes to the admin team. Users are sent automated emails after signing up, diet updates or expiration of their subscription.
Within 4 weeks, we provided her the 1st version of the app.
